Family Business Advisory is for families running a business together, across generations.
I have sat with the generation stepping back and the generation stepping in, often in the same room, and watched how much goes unsaid between people who are supposed to know each other best. A father who still signs the checks. A son or daughter who has been waiting years for a conversation that keeps not happening.
The work runs on two tracks, one for each generation, plus facilitated sessions where both sides sit together. Nothing here assumes the family is broken. Most of what I see is a family that loves each other and has simply never been taught how to have the specific conversation that matters most right now.
