I work with companies either just before the round, while everyone is still holding their breath, or just after it closes, when the team suddenly has to grow into something bigger than it was built for. Both moments create the same kind of pressure. Decisions get made faster than trust can keep up with.
The engagement runs six to eight months. I work directly with the founding team and whoever is stepping into leadership roles for the first time, helping the people and culture side of the company keep pace with everything else that is changing.
